Leo Club Projects

The Leo Club of Colombo(Host) in keeping with it’s motto “Serving the Community and Grooming Leader since 1969”, have been doing just that !

From mega projects to basic one member projects, the Leo Club of Colombo(Host) conducts many projects in the areas of Childcare, Elders, Sports, PR & Publicity, Self Development and more!

Sports Projects

The Leo Club of Colombo (Host) takes great pride in organizing the annual Leo 6's softball six-a-side cricket tournament on behalf of the Leo District Council 306 A. In fact, the Leo 6’s is the most sought after Leo sports event in Multiple District 306, Sri Lanka. Each year, the Leo 6’s attracts Leos from all over Sri Lanka.

In recent years, Colombo (Host) Leos organised the ‘Sand Warriors’ Beach Rugby Tournament as well as the Leo Off Road Dirt Bike Rally

PR and Publicity Projects

PR and Publicity are very important to voluntary service organisations. Proper publicity would create awareness about the Leo movement among the general public, thereby enabling us to get more and more contributions (financial, material) for the Leo Club’s community service efforts.
